Faraday Event Valencia: “Resilience and Infinite Leadership”

This past 11/03/2025, we hosted a gathering focused on debating and reflecting on business resilience and leadership in times of uncertainty.

The aim was to share real-life experiences from entrepreneurs and investors, analyse the current challenges in the ecosystem, and explore the key factors for building strong and sustainable businesses.

We kicked off with the presentation of Faraday Europa II, our second fund, reaffirming our commitment to continue supporting startups with solid business models, attractive margins, and realistic growth strategies.

The core of the event was built around roundtable discussions, where speakers such as Cristina Aristoy and Paco Tormo (Co-founders and CEOs of Singularu) and Ignacio Mañero (CEO of KMINA) shared their insights on resilience and adaptability in times of crisis, drawing from their own entrepreneurial journeys.

The highlight of the event was an interview with José Marcilla, President for Latin America and Canada at Novartis, who offered an inspiring perspective based on his book Infinite Leadership. He emphasized the crucial role of resilience in team management and strategic decision-making in uncertain times.

The event highlighted how entrepreneurs can adapt to a changing environment, overcome crises, and strengthen their projects through long-term vision and execution capacity.
